No sign-up is required to send files up to 4 GB. However, logging in gives you access to extra features like download tracking.

Free users can send up to 4 GB per file. Premium users (coming soon) can send up to 10 GB.

Files are stored for 7 days for free users. Premium users get unlimited storage time.

Yes! Upload multiple files and we'll bundle them into a single secure download link.
🔐 Privacy & Security

Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption to ensure your files are protected from upload to download.

It means only you and your recipient can access the file. Not even LetsSend can view the contents.

Only those with the unique download link. Logged-in users can also track when and if the file is downloaded.

No. Files are deleted automatically after 7 days for free users. We don't scan or store them permanently.

You can track downloads, manage your file history, and unlock new features as we roll them out.

Yes! If you're logged in, you can see when your file was downloaded and how many times.

It gets permanently deleted and the download link will no longer work.

Yes, as long as you're logged in, you can delete any file you've uploaded before it expires.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

Check your internet connection and ensure your file doesn’t exceed the size limit. Try refreshing or clearing your cache.

Ask them to check their spam/junk folder. You can also copy and send the download link manually.

The file may have expired or been deleted. If you're logged in, check your dashboard to confirm.
