2. File Transfers

LetsSend allows users to upload and send files securely. Free users may upload files up to 4GB, while premium users (coming soon) can upload up to 10GB. All files are encrypted and stored temporarily.

• Files are deleted after 7 days (free users) or stored indefinitely (premium).
• We do not view, scan, or analyze your file contents.
• Download links are private and should not be shared without caution.

3. Account Usage

You may create an account to track your uploads and manage your transfers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Premium Service (Coming Soon)

LetsSend Premium will offer enhanced storage, transfer size, and features for a monthly fee. Pricing and features are subject to change, and we will notify users of updates accordingly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LetsSend to:

• Upload or share illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Engage in harassment, hacking, or any malicious behavior.
• Violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

LetsSend is not liable for any data loss, file corruption, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. Users upload and download at their own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in abusive behavior. Terminated accounts may lose access to stored files.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of LetsSend after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on the site.
